Ⅰ. 개요

1. 목적

가. 나노종합기술원에 보관 중인 300mm PVD (AMAT社 Endura-2) 장비 개조 건임

나. 기술원에 보관 중인 장비를 안정적으로 해체하여 Overhaul 및 Modify를 실시 완료 후 기술원 내의 FAB에 설치 및 Set-up 하는 것을 목적으로 함

2. 일반사항

가. 납품기한 : 2025년 7월 31일까지

나. 설치장소 : 장비 개조 후 FAB 설치

라. 참여조건 (공고서 참조)

※ 국내에 위치하며, 고용한 종업원들이 직접 장비 제작 또는 Refurbish를 진행하는 업체로 종합반도체업체(IDM, Integrated Device Manufacturer)에 납품실적이 있는 업체(중간 Dealer는 절대 불가).

Ⅱ. 장비 개조 사항

1. 장비 분해

가. Main System과 Sub-Module과의 Power Cable을 분리한다.

나. Module 별로 각각 분리한 다음 Packing 처리하며, 특히 Gas Line은 철저히 봉인한다.

다. Packing List 확인 후, Fab-out을 실시한다.

2. Overhaul 및 Modify

가. 300mm PVD 장비(Main Body, Process Chamber, Sub Module 등)에 이르는 모든 구성품 들을 분해 후 수리 및 교체 작업을 실시하며, 포함되는 구성품들은 다음과 같다.

3. Cable Connection 및 Power-up

가. 모든 물품은 반입 후 조립한다.

나. Fab Utility는 기술원에서 설치하며, 기술원과 공급자가 상호 Check 하도록 한다.

다. Power-on 역시 기술원에서 관장하며, 기술원과 공급자가 상호 Check 하도록 한다.

4. Set-up

가. Sub-module과의 연결 작업은 기술원의 요청에 따라 공급자가 설치하며, 작동 여부에 대해서는 공급자가 책임을 진다.

나. 각 Utility 및 Exhaust는 기술원에서 설치 관장하며, Leak 여부는 기술원과 공급자가 상호 Check 한다.

다. 모든 EMO 동작 여부 및 Process Chamber Leak를 Check하고 Hardware 및 Process Set-up을 진행한다.

Ⅳ. 검수 및 설치(AT 포함)

1. 본 장비는 기술원에서 보관 중인 300mm 물리기상증착 장비를 개조한 후 납품되어야 한다.

2. 공급자가 개조 장비를 납품할 경우에는 기술원에 검수를 요청하며, 기술원은 검수 절차에 따라 검수를 진행한다.

3. 일반 검수

가. 공급자가 장비를 납품 할 경우 기술원 담당자에게 사전에 일정 등을 통보한다.

나. 장비가 기술원에 도착 시부터 검수를 진행하며, 장비의 Packing 상태, 오염, 파손 여부 등을 맨눈으로 검사를 시행한 후 지정 장소에 장비 반입을 시행한다.

다. 검수 진행 시에는 기술원 담당자 및 공급자 직원 등 모두 입회하에 실시하는 것을 원칙으로 한다.

4. 장비 설치 및 시험 운전(AT)

가. 기술원 FAB 내 안착까지 반입/설치/시운전 등에 필요한 모든 경비를 공급자가 부담한다.

1) 기술원에 장비 설치는 공급자의 숙련된 기술자가 직접 방문하여 설치한다.

가) Set-up 시 안전 수칙 미준수 및 안전도구 미착용 등으로 발생하는 모든 안전사고는 공급자 측에서 조치와 책임을 다한다.

2) 장비 설치 시 필요한 제반 물품은 일체 포함하며, 제반 물품에 대한 사양은 규격서 등에 따른다.

3) 장비 유틸리티 연결 공사는 해당 기관에서 진행한다.

나. 기술원 내 작업시간

1) 공급자의 숙련된 기술자가 기술원 내에서 작업할 경우에는 평일 9시부터 18시까지로 하며, 기술원의 긴급한 사유가 있는 경우에는 기술원의 요청에 따라 작업시간을 변경할 수 있다.

2) 업무감독 및 금지 행위

가) 공급자의 숙련된 기술자는 기술원의 담당자와 협의 하에 필요 업무를 진행한다.

나) 공급자의 숙련된 기술자는 다음 각호에 해당하는 행위를 하여서는 안 된다.

(1) 건물 내 근무자의 업무 진행에 지장이나 불편을 초래하는 행위

(2) 담당이 아닌 업무 분야를 간섭하는 행위

(3) 사전 허가 없이 출입 금지 구역을 출입하거나 물품을 반출하는 행위

(4) 건물 내에서 소란한 행동을 하거나 사적으로 금품을 요구하는 행위

3) 손해배상 책임

가) 공급자 또는 공급자의 숙련된 기술자가 고의 또는 과실로 인하여 다음 각호에 해당할 경우에는 원상복구 하거나 또는 기술원이 산정한 금액을 배상한다.

(1) 건물의 시설, 장비 기타 재산에 손해를 발생하게 했을 경우

(2) 기술원 또는 방문객에게 손해를 발생하게 했을 경우

(3) 기술원의 물품 또는 기술원에게 대여받은 물품을 분실 또는 훼손했을 경우

(4) 기타 계약위반으로 기술원에게 손해를 끼칠 경우

나) 기술원은 제 가항의 배상금 상당액은 공급자에게 지급할 물품 대금에서 우선 공제할 수 있다.

다) 손해배상 책임이 발생할 경우 상호 협의하여 진행한다.

다. 장비 설치 완료 후 공급자 직원 입회하에 장비 성능에 대하여 종합적으로 시운전 (AT)을 실시하여 합격 여부를 판단한다.

1) 기술원에 장비를 납품 후 설치하여 사양에 대한 Performance Test를 원칙으로 하며, 공급자는 장비에 대한 성능 보증을 하여야 한다.

가) Operation & Performance가 정상적으로 나오는지 여부

(1) 규격서, Hardware 및 Process Requirement Spec 기준으로 한다.

(2) 24 Hr/Day, 365 Day/Year Full 가동 가능하여야 한다.

(3) Up-time은 월 기준 80% 이상이어야 한다.

나) 장비 규격서의 내용과 기타 협의 사항을 준수하고 있는지 여부

2) 본 장비의 성능 검증을 위해 규격서, Hardware 및 Process Requirement Spec을 만족하는 결과물을 첨부해야 한다.

※ 공급자는 최종 검사 시 규격 등에 대한 검증 Test를 실시하여 Test 결과를 기술원에 문서로 제출하여야 하며, 기술원은 검증 Test 결과에 대하여 합격 여부를 판단한다.

3) 장비 시운전(AT) 완료일은 기술원의 합격(Sign Off)일을 기준으로 한다.

Ⅴ. 장비 보증(Warranty)

1. Warranty 기간

가. Labor : Acceptance Test Sign Off 후 1년 이상

나. Nonconsumable : Acceptance Test Sign Off 후 6개월 이상

2. Warranty 기간 중 발생한 고장 (단, 사용자의 과실 및 고의에 의한 고장은 제외)에 대해서는 공급자 측에서 Parts와 Labor를 무상으로 제공, 수리하여야 한다.

가. A/S 요청 시

1) 방문 지원은 72시간 이내에 대응하여야 한다.

2) 전화, 이메일, 원격지원 등은 24시간 이내에 대응하여야 한다.

3) 보증기간 내, 고장 물품에 대한 Stock 보유 시, 5일 이내 대체품을 지원하여야 한다.

나. 장비의 원활한 운영 및 사용자에게 기술을 전수하기 위한 공급자 측의 숙련된 기술자를 배정하고 기술원의 요청 시 방문 지원하여야 한다.

Ⅵ. 교육 및 기술 지원

1. 장비 Set-up 완료 후 Warranty 기간 내에 장비 무상교육을 2회(2일 이상) 실시한다.

2. 사용자가 원활한 사용을 위해 추가 교육을 요청할 시에는 이에 대한 1회(1일 이상) 교육을 지원한다.

3. 공급자는 Warranty 기간에 실시되는 교육 및 기술지원에 따른 모든 제반 경비를 부담하여야 한다.

4. Warranty 기간 내에 장비 성능향상을 위한 업그레이드 상황이 발생할 시에는 별도로 1회(1일 이상) 교육을 시행한다.

Ⅶ. 운송

1. 장비는 Particle 오염이 안 되도록 되어야 한다.

2. 장비의 반출/반입 시 운송용 Packing은 운송 중에 문제가 없도록 견고히 하여야 한다.

3. 장비 반출/반입 시 파손이 우려되는 부품은 내장하거나 반입 후 조립할 수 있도록 한다.

4. 장비의 반출/반입(Fab 내 안착까지) 등의 모든 경비는 공급자 측에서 부담하여야 한다.

Ⅺ. 기타 사항

1. Process Kit은 포장 상태에서 반드시 담당자 검수 후에 장비에 장착한다.

2. Sub-module은 반드시 나노종합기술원에서 지정한 모델과 사양을 구비한다.

3. 사양서에 명시되지 않은 사항은 공급자 측에서 제안하고 상호 협의에 의하여 결정한다.

※ 공급자는 규격서에 명시되지 않는 사항이라도 장비의 효과적인 관리 운용을 위하여 기술원이 필요하다고 요청한 경우에는 공급자는 요청 사항을 반영하여 이행한다.

4. 공급자가 소정 기한까지 물품의 전부 또는 일부의 납품을 지연했을 경우에는 지연 일수 1일에 대하여 미 납품 대금의 0.75/1000의 금액을 지체상금으로 기술원이 징수하며 이는 물품 대금 지급 시 공제한다.
