8. How to determine the successful bidder

A. Among eligible bidders, the bidder who submitted the lowest price below the planned price.

9. Bid Bond

A. Bid bond : Performance guarantee insurance policy representing 5% of the bid value

B. In case the successful bidder does not conclude the contract without justifiable reasons within 10 days from the bid date, the bidder shall automatically forfeit his/her right to the bid bond. The bid bond calculation is based on the standard selling price on the bid date.

11. Bid value conversion criteria : FCA and USD

12. Instructions to Bidder

A. The Bid proposal is completed by submitting the necessary documents by the closing time and date. Submission by international mail or email shall be allowed only for overseas bidder and documents that arrive after the deadline will not be considered.

B. All prospective bidders must be completely aware of the General Instructions to Bidders and the commodity description before submitting their proposals.
